A monthly pause.
A rhythm for nervous system care,
Come as you are.
Leave a little more you.
You’re building something beautiful…
but it doesn’t always feel that way.
You’ve followed sparks. Started things, paused things, burned a few down.
You’ve pivoted, healed, unlearned, rebuilt. Sometimes boldly. Sometimes barely.
You want to feel good, on purpose, not just functional.
But clarity doesn’t come with a map.
And doing it alone? That’s not the vibe anymore.

Hi, I’m Tashia.
I’m Tashia, a photographer, mindfulness facilitator, and visual storyteller with a background in visual communication design. My work lives at the intersection of image, presence, and meaning, rooted in the belief that creativity can be both a mirror and a path.
I studied visual communication because I’ve always been fascinated by the language of images. That education taught me how to design with intention, how to structure story, and how to communicate what’s often hard to say out loud. Over time, my creative path evolved to include meditation, somatic awareness, and emotional reflection. What started as visual work became a much more internal one.
Today, my practice weaves together photography, guided meditations, seasonal themes, and reflective experiences that invite people to slow down and reconnect with themselves. I’m certified as a mindfulness facilitator through The Lab of Meditation, and my focus now is on creating offerings that support inner clarity, stillness, and creative self-expression.
Sunsix is the home for all of this. It’s the place where I share meditative bundles, visual explorations, and quiet tools for transformation. Whether I’m behind the camera or writing a new reflection, my intention is the same: to help people return to what matters, gently and honestly.
This work isn’t about performance or perfection. It’s about slowing down enough to really see—and allowing that to change you.

You’ll find support here, but not the usual pushy stuff. We offer optional strategy sessions and creative structure when you need it, without forcing you into a blueprint that doesn’t fit your body or your values.
