I’m Tashia, a photographer based on Vancouver Island. I document real people, real love, and everything that matters in between.

My work is grounded in presence. It’s less about performing for the camera and more about creating space to be fully seen. Over the past 15 years, I’ve photographed people and places in all kinds of seasons: celebratory, transitional, ordinary, and everything in between.

I bring a calm, intuitive approach to every session. I pay attention to nuance, emotion, and the quiet moments that often say the most. What draws me in is honesty—how people show up when they’re not trying too hard. How light moves. How time feels when it slows down.

This isn’t about trends or filters. It’s about making photographs that hold meaning. Images that feel like you, and that stand the test of time.
